I would like to share with you one of my biggest fears when interacting with people in the first 27 years of my life. I was terrified when people asked me the following question. How are you? The answer that I settled on in the first 27 years of my life was the following, usually after a pensive and awkward silence of approximately three seconds. It's complicated. At the moment of writing, I am 28. And I have learned through observing the outcome of a large number of experiments that my former response was insufficient and it often achieved the opposite effect that I had hoped for. I also learned the importance of conducting myself truthfully in a loving, faithful and hopeful manner. Therefore, the answer that I would most likely give you when you ask me the question in question now is the following.

There is one and only one rule that you need to follow. It is non-negotiable, and I will kick you out immediately for any transgression. Love one another. Love is the greatest sacrifice one is willing to make. Demanding others to sacrifice for your own benefit without giving back is lust, not love. I hope you enjoy and have a good time.
